My Journey: From Burnout to Balance
As a high-achieving woman, I know firsthand the pressure of balancing ambition, success, and personal fulfillment. For over a decade, I immersed myself in the world of academic medical research, higher education, and healthcare. I built a career that was both demanding and rewarding. I earned accolades, certifications, and degrees, and served as a faculty member at prestigious institutions. On the surface, it looked like success—but beneath it all, I was struggling.
Despite my professional achievements, I found myself battling burnout, imposter syndrome, and the constant push to meet external expectations while neglecting my internal balance. The more I achieved, the more disconnected I felt from my true self. I realized that no amount of professional recognition could fill the emptiness I felt inside.
It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point that I truly understood the importance of mental wellness. Success isn’t just about milestones and accolades—it’s about cultivating emotional resilience, clarity, and inner peace. This realization became the turning point in my life.
From Struggling to Thriving: The Power of Mental Wellness
When I realized that success wasn’t just about achieving more, I embarked on a journey of transformation. I started focusing on my mental and emotional wellness, not as a luxury, but as the foundation for everything I wanted to achieve. I discovered that real fulfillment comes from within—through intentional living, healing, and aligning my personal and professional life.
Through therapy, mindfulness practices, and self-reflection, I learned to embrace my vulnerability, heal from past wounds, and build resilience. I began to redefine what success meant for me—success is not just what you accomplish but how you feel and who you become along the way.
Creating Project Intention Collective: A Space for High-Achieving Women
My journey of personal growth led to the creation of Project Intention Collective—a space for high-achieving women like you to reconnect with themselves, find balance, and redefine success on their own terms.
Project Intention is more than just a community; it’s a movement. A movement for women who are done with the hustle that leads to burnout. A movement for women who want to thrive, not just survive. A movement where ambition meets well-being, and personal growth meets professional success.
Through transformative coaching, community-driven events, and wellness experiences, I’ve made it my mission to help women like you unlock your fullest potential. It’s time to stop striving for perfection and start living intentionally, with purpose, clarity, and balance.
What I Believe: Mental Wellness as the Foundation for Success
At the core of my work is the belief that mental wellness is not a luxury—it is the foundation for every achievement. When you invest in your mental health and well-being, you create the clarity, resilience, and confidence needed to achieve your goals, both personally and professionally.
I’m not here to tell you to work harder; I’m here to help you work smarter, with intention, authenticity, and balance. Together, we’ll redefine success—not as society defines it, but as you define it. When you lead with intention, anything is possible.
A Call to Join the Movement
I created Project Intention Collective for you—the woman who’s ready to stop sacrificing her well-being for success, the woman who wants to redefine what success means, and the woman who is ready to unlock her fullest potential.

What Our Members Are Saying
“I’ve been attending Project Intention Collective events since the first ‘Women’s Intentions Brunch’ nearly four years ago, and I can honestly say it’s been a life-changing journey. What I love most is how open and transparent this community is. From the very first event, I felt welcomed and understood—like I finally found a space where I could be my authentic self without judgment. The connections I’ve made with other high-achieving women who are on similar journeys have been invaluable. We share our challenges, celebrate our successes, and uplift each other through it all. It’s more than just an event—it’s a genuine tribe, where everyone is committed to growing, healing, and thriving together. I’ve gained so much clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of belonging here. The curated space created by Project Intention has not only helped me personally and professionally, but it’s given me a community where I can continue to grow with women who genuinely care about my success”.

“Project Intention Collective helped me understand that being a high achiever doesn’t mean sacrificing my mental wellness. Before joining, I was constantly running on empty, pushing myself to meet every expectation. But the community and the resources here taught me how to prioritize emotional resilience without compromising on ambition. Through personalized coaching, I’ve been able to redefine what success means for me—success isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing it intentionally. I’m now leading my life with clarity, peace, and purpose. Project Intention didn’t just help me balance my career—it transformed the way I approach my entire life”.

I’ve known Kat since she moved to Vegas, and seeing her pour her heart and soul into this movement has been incredible. When she first started, it was all about creating a space where women could finally feel seen, heard, and supported—no fluff, no pretense. It’s amazing to watch how much this community has evolved, but the heart of it has always stayed the same: Kat’s vision to help women feel empowered and connected in ways that truly matter. Every event, from the brunches to the workshops, is filled with authenticity, laughter, and real talk. And what’s even more special is how we all grow together—not just in our careers, but in our personal lives too. This is more than just a community. It’s a sisterhood, and I’m beyond grateful to be a part of it. For anyone who’s looking for a place to grow, connect, and find true support—you’ve found your home."

Before joining Project Intention Collective, I was stuck in a cycle of working for someone else, never fully tapping into my own potential. I always knew I had a creative spark, but I didn’t have the confidence to pursue my own business. It wasn’t until I found this amazing community that I finally understood the power of my mind and creative expression. The workshops, events, and coaching at Project Intention helped me gain clarity on my true purpose, and I finally took the leap to start my own business. I went from working for others to owning my own company, and I couldn’t have done it without the support and resources from this community. The work we do here is not just about career growth—it’s about unlocking the power within yourself. I’m now more confident, more aligned, and more driven than ever before."

I’ve attended multiple panels through Project Intention, and I can honestly say I’ve never left one feeling like I just got ‘inspired.’ These panels are always so deeply informative, with actionable takeaways that I can implement right away. It’s not just talk—it’s real knowledge that helps you level up in both your personal and professional life. Whether it’s practical tips on mental wellness or career-building strategies, I leave each event with a sense of empowerment and a clear list of action items. This community is about real growth, and I’m constantly amazed at how much I learn from each event. If you’re looking for a space that gives you the tools and motivation to make meaningful changes, this is it."

One of the most incredible things about Project Intention is seeing how local women are showing up for themselves and their businesses—especially at the vendor marketplace events. It’s so inspiring to see women who are not only thriving in their personal lives but also taking up space in the city, confidently showcasing their products, services, and brands. I’ve met so many amazing entrepreneurs who, just like me, are on a journey of growth and empowerment. The marketplace isn’t just about shopping—it’s about celebrating the hard work, passion, and creativity of women who are making their mark. It’s honestly one of my favorite parts of the Project Intention experience. Watching this community of women support each other and own their power has been one of the most rewarding aspects of being a part of this collective."
